Linux Resolve ProRes Issue

I am having a ProRes recompression issue. . My workflow is usually to output 444 and then use compressor to convert the files to h264 for clients. Alas, when I do this, the 444 seems fine, but when compress the files using compressor, they come out with frozen frames, where my clip will freeze for 2 frames, and then skip to the normal frame. This is happening on both of my Resolve Linux systems. My solution, for now, is to open my project on a MacPro and output them from there and it works perfectly. I have a shared database hosted on a macintosh, so I am using the same project. I have tried Prores 422 as well as 444. This was not a problem before; and has only cropped up in the past month or so.

I am on 12.5.3.

Any ideas?
