New MacBook Pro -settings-

I have got a new MacBook Pro with AMD 460. I have finished a project on that machine and found when rendering out from Resolve it renders quite slow (around 19 fPS), while my old MBP 15 with dedicated graphic, was rendering with 59 frames... Shouldn't be a new maxed out MacBook from 2016 be faster than a maxed out MBP from 2013? Any Ideas?

P.S. the new one is blazing fast in FCPX! A lot faster than the 2013.

I just got my MBP 15" with the Radeon Pro 460, 4GB. My full HD movie is rendering on 25-37 frame/s with default (youtube 1080p) settings on.. My old laptop was rendering 20 minute clip in about 4 hours so this machine is fast.
