Davinci resolve acting strange, now not opening.

So I was having a problem while editing some game footage with Resolve. It would work fine, but whenever I made an edit all my media would go offline, and I had to restart Resolve to continue working. Today though, I opened it up to continue my edit, and found the media offline error again. This time restarting resolve simply wouldn't work. So I rebooted my computer. That made things worse. Now resolve flat out refuses to open. Fusion opens just fine, as do all the other programs I have installed. I tried restarting again, and when that didn't work I uninstalled Resolve, and then resinstalled it. And all to no avail. I'm running on a brand new SSD which is in good working order. And my computer is a custom build with an i7 6700k and 16gb RAM. Any help is appreciated!
