Permissions issue with Mac Book Pro

PostSun Feb 26, 2017 9:11 pm

Recently installed Resolve 12.5 on my mid 2012 MBP running 10.12.1/ 16Gb ram/ 2 2T flash drives. I've has no problems running on my 27" iMac But when I start up resolve on the laptop I get an alert that I do not have permissions for the capture path to write to disk.

I've set read/write permissions for all users and applied it to all enclosed items on both the system drive and the
data only drive (which I'm telling resolve to write to)- still getting error messages.

Any ideas? I can't be the first person to have this problem, but I couldn't find anything in a search of the "Getting Started" section.

Any ideas?
Thanks-

Still haven't been able to resolve this problem myself. Hoping there's some users out there who have encountered similar problems, or someone from Blackmagic who can help.
