Output frame settings from a moving PNG

Hi,

I'm using a large, still PNG for a section of a project. It pans, zooms and tilts slowly across the frame. Looks great in Resolve 12.5 but cant get a good result on the output. All judder, blurry and perhaps even interlaced.

Any ideas?
