Audio is missing after I import my mp4 files

The mp4 files have audio when I view them in Windows Media Player, but it has no audio when I import it into Resolve. Even after I have them rendered. The audio bars have no movement, so it's not that I have muted them. FYI Windows 10, Resolve 12.5
