No bezier curves for position
Posted: Thu Apr 20, 2017 5:20 pmThere are no bezier curves for transforming the position of a clip in Resolve 12.5. Is this a bug, that will be solved in 13? Its a simple but powerful tool an NLE should have....

In the viewer, make sure the transform wireframe is on & it will visually show the motion path.
You can then right click and select "smooth". This will enable bezier controls for spacial smoothing and a dot in the middle to control temporal smoothing.

...It should be there, but it is not. there is no wireframe for position! There is one for Zoom, Crop etc.
. There was one in Resolve 12, but it has been removed in 12.5

...in the timeline!...the tool in the viewer is not convenient. It takes way to long, to create or adjust movements of the positioning.....

Totally agree, especially when eases need to match zoom/rotation eases.
