Recording failed with Error : The video format is not suppor

so I'm trying to edit a video in format of mp4
and I get the title error
who can I solve this problem???

May I guess: you're under Windows 7? Wrong. Resolve is not officially supported then.

Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
