Beta 14 - digital noise???

PostTue Apr 25, 2017 8:57 pm

Hi all,

Just updated Windows + nVidia drivers, and then installed Resolve Beta 14 on my PC.

PC specs:
Supermicro X11SAT LGA1151 UP bundkort
Intel Core i7-6700, 3.4GHz CPU
2x Samsung 16GB DDR4 2133MHz
Samsung SM863 serie 480GB SSD
2x nVidiaGeForce GTX1070 8GB GDDR5
Microsoft Win. 10 Pro 64-bit UK, OEM

Well, that didn't work out, so I uninstalled Beta 14, and reinstalled 12.5.5

BUT now, being back in 12.5.5, I suddenly have digital noise????

It shows like a thin blue line from top to bottom.

What to do???

Cheers

There have been various reports about vertical blue lines (in ProRes footage) that have been blamed on the latest Nvidia drivers. Roll back to version 373.06 and see if that fixes the problem.
