Resolve Beta 14 - Lockup on launch

I use resolve all the time on my 2010 mac pro. I just updated to the beta and it installed fine but will not start up it hangs before the splash page appears. I attached the capture log but not sure if its correct since resolve didn't really crash it just hung and I had to force quit. I have the latest nvidia webdriver and cuda.

5th time got to the splash screen and past the licensing but its hangs now on the "ready" message. Clicking off the app causes the loading screen to go away and you can not get it back.

I blew out all preferences and application support files. I samples the process in the activity monitor and it appears there is some sort of loop. See attached

ok got it to boot after a disabled my internet . There appears to be a loop with a network lookup on boot. Without internet it took a while on the loading licenses step but it did boot.

Connecting to my previous disk database locks up as well.

I just downloaded and DR 14 will not launch for me. Mid-2010 Mac running Yosemite. Here's a portion of the error code:

This sounds more like an alpha than a beta. Does anybody else have this problem?

I'm getting the same problem

The app is getting caught up in loops randomly. I noticed it spin forever when opening the openfx panel for the first time. I forced quit and it was ok the 2nd time.

I can not launch on Win7 Pro.
It pass every test on logo screen and nothing happen then.
It works in background (windows menager Resolve.exe) and after few moments windows give me this message.

Locks up on the checking license page after recognizing a dongle is there. If the dongle is removed I get the no dongle screen.

Mine hangs on the logo screen, while displaying “Loading Audio Plugins.”

To be fair, I'm a musician, so I do have a metric shitload of audio plugins. So far, it’s been 15 minutes… I'm going to let sit for a while, and see if it will eventually verify them all. Activity Monitor is definitely showing variations in CPU usage.

I turned off crossfire on my dual GPU setup and Davinci Loaded. Running tests right now, but it is open.

I'm also musician and i have lot of plugins most of them are AU plugins. After 30 min still on loading audio plugins. Killing Davinci and restarting doesn't help.

Latest OS Sierra, MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), 16 GB RAM.

Audio plugins seem to be causing v14 beta problems that v12.5 didn't experience. My startup ends as soon as it starts loading audio plugins (I get the audio plugin screen for literally 1/25th of a second before the loading screen disappears).

I have been trying to find out if there is a way to disable all audio plugins outside of DaVinci. A search for VST on my PC brings up loads associated with Adobe CC. Not sure what to do next.

So after updating my OS to 10.10.5 (as stated when I tried to install) I got the software to install successfully.
However, upon launch I immediately get a crash report and the software never launches. I've included the first part of the crash report. Can anyone make sense of this? I realize it's a beta so I'm not expecting the moon.

You could be right. When I tried to install it it said the minimum 10.10.5.
Sounds like it's not worth the hassle until they get it out of beta though.

2.8 GHz i7; 16 GB 1600 RAM
AMD Radeon R9.

This should be working. Tried uninstalling, then reinstalling. Software does a face plant.

Updating my MacOS solved all my issues with this build....

I had the same problem (locked on "ready).

I managed to solve by moving my current (v12.5) database to a different location.
Resolve was hanging trying to read my old db.

Here's a better work around:
