Will Davinci Resolve 14 be free when the full version is released (like 12.5)?

My take from the published videos is yes, but as with the current version, it won't include full functionality.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Yes, it will same as Resolve 12.5. There will be a Studio version which will be available with more features, and it's now priced at 299$.

No, an iGPU is not enough, and you can't use HEVC 10 bit 4:2:2 in the free version.
