Reverse LUT?

PostTue May 02, 2017 12:12 pm

Hi!

I'm grading with a LUT as 3D Output LUT. That's fine for actually shot footage as I grade them manually, each one. But there are some CG elements, nothing fancy just 2D animations that should remain with the exact same color as was provided inittially. Is there a way to reverse/bypass the LUT work for selected clips? Or I will need to go the hard way trying to manually recover the original colors (which I tried and only could get close) or having to apply the LUT to each clip I want it to have skipping these that shouldn't have it, therefore excluding the LUT in the 3D output?

Maybe select the clips you want in the timeline, assign them to a group and apply the lut to that group.
