Hello,
I was just starting my lesson with the book and the free software. I launched Resolve 12.5, went through the quick set up and then received this error:
Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Onboarding\DaVinci Resolve Welcome.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
