Due to mixed file extensions of offline and online material, I'm doing the trick to export a XML-file of the offline material (MP4) and import it again with "ignore file-extension" ticked to import the online material (MOV).
The XML imports fine into a new timeline, but when the menu pops-up and I try to continue, Resolve crashes. It is repeatable.
Crash logs etc saved, and available to the development team.
Wish: in Premiere I can unlink a media-file and reconnect it to one with a different extension. For a future update, to make it more editor-friendly, please introduce this to Resolve. Thanks
