Audio on 14B2

Hi guys,
finding video on 14b2 exceptionally smooth but audio just won't play smoothly.
put ay soundtrack on the timeline and try and listen to it and it's all stuttery and frankly unlistenable, go back to 12.5 and no problems.
Just using standard realteck soundcard that comes with HP z800.

have you set the Realteck sound card to 48000hz?

Sorry this is not a 14beta problem, it's a 'my system' problem created when having clips with different frame rates on the same timelime. I'm assuming this may do to insuffciencies in my system.
I will post a new question accordingly.
