Minor Bug - Render Settings Preset Quality Not Saved

I apologize that I could not find a better place to post this, but there seems to be a bug that prevents the render quality settings value from being saved in the delivery tab.
To repro:
1) Create a new setting
2) Under Quality, instead of "Automatic", select "Restrict To" and specify a value
3) Save as a new preset.
4) Switch to a different preset.
5) Switch back to the newly created preset.
Actual result: The "Automatic" quality is selected.
Expected result: The "Restrict To" value is selected.
