14b2 cpu usage

Since updating to 14b2, upon opening the program my cpu usage immediately goes to just under 100%. It stays this way even while the program is at idle. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Same problem here!

Newest Windows 10 Update. Idle in projects view 100% CPU usage.
