Flashing frame in h.264 clips from Canon 760d

Hi,
I'm facing a strange problem with h.264 clips imported from my Canon 760d where a single wrong frame appears somewhere else in the clip.

I did not find any reliable pattern yet but it's mostly happening in clips of <=10s and most of the time almost exactly in the middle where a frame from near the end seems to be inserted. So if the frames where numbered consecutively from 1 to 9, frame 8 would appear between 4 and 5:
1 2 3 4 8 5 6 7 8 9

The clips play back normally e.g. in Windows Media Player.

Happened on Resolve 12.5 and also now on 14 beta 3.
I'm on Windows 7 x64, 16GB RAM, Core i7-4930MX, NVIDIA Quadro K2100M

Same here! Although in my case it's not a flashing but rather a frame jump. Basically, it jumps back 2-3 frames and repeats.
Plays fine else where.
