In Resolve 14 I can assign colors to tracks and to clips.
That's a nice way to simulate FCPX roles and get a quick overview of your timeline.
However a section of a multicam clip doesn't seem to reflect the color of the selected camera's timeline inside the multicam clip nor of the actual clip that is shown.
Is there any reason for this or is it an oversight?
Any different way to do this and get a quick overview of how the different camera angles are distributed in your edited multicam clip?
As the sections of a multicam clip showing a single angle are always shown with the name of the multicam clip and only reveal the name of the angle when using a submenu of the context menu, it's really hard to e.g. "find all places where camera C is shown" without clicking onto every single change of camera angle and look up the names of the angles shown there
