Resolve 12.5.5 with NeatVideo 4.5.0 rendering stucks

We have a DaVinci Resolve 12.5.5 with OFXs Neat Video 4.5.0 and FilmConvert applied to a scene. If in a project there is a scene with two image layers and opacity (either dissolve or just neither 0 nor 1 opacity) then rendering such a scene results in Resolve got stuck.With these conditions even playing a scene makes Reolve stuck. If I remove NeatVideo processing from a scene or there is no opacity redering is completed successfully. Does anyone know how to get through with this mess? davinci_resolve.log is attached.
