DNG stop / play color shift

PostMon Jun 26, 2017 6:15 pm

I'm see a difference between stop and play with DNG 4.6k Ursa mini footage. Worse on darker scenes. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Check your raw debayer settings. If you have full debayer enabled, but only quarter quality on playback, then you would see some change which you might interpret as color shift (it's not, or at least it shouldn't, refer to your scopes as they don't lie).

Scopes don't lie. But the answer was in project settings/image scaling. This happens when optimize for playback is selected.Everything else was full res.

Yeah, whenever I see a scope jump usually what's happening is the machine is using optimized media or there's a difference between run speed and stop debayering.
