Resolve 12.5 lite CRASHING when playing video clips

Hello all,

I'm using resolve lite 12.5 and the program crashing often when I am viewing clips, or working through them on the timeline. In the event I make a basic edit and export a project, I have no problem. I've tried Resolve 14 and that crashes almost immediately upon opening the program, so I went back to 12.5 since I have a little wiggle room.

Any information/insight is greatly appreciated.

Basic system info:
Windows 10
AMD FX 8150 3.9ghz
24gig RAM
GTX 1070

Try moving your display from the 1070 card to the 1050 card.

Right now it's using the 1050 as the GPU and the 1070 as a GUI only display card.

If that doesn't help, try setting the GPU mode from Auto to OpenCL in Resolve Preferences - Video I/O and GPU.
