I am new to Resolve, and so far very impressed by what I've been able to quickly do!
After using the product on my primary system, I find it would be helpful to share the DB so that I can also work from other systems in my network. I have located the instructions for creating databases, and have been able to successfully create a database on the local machine. I've also manipulated the pg_hba.conf file according to common instructions.
Now, from another system, when I am in the Databases view, I have only the Disk (Local Database), and a greyed-out PostgreSQL "header."
My options are only "New database," "New Project," "New Folder," and "Close."
Clicking on "New database" and choosing "PostgreSQL," I find that Location is not editable, so cannot find a way to connect to the DB created on the remote system.
Is there a setting I've missed that would allow this?
Thanks!!
