Stills Sizing Shift on 12.5

Has never happened before...did a reboot and it's still doing it...When I grab a still and wipe to it the image has shifted down...So there's a slight black bar on the top vs the "live" shot...

Little test I did - when reapplying the CC from the still to a new shot there is no shift being applied...so it's not forcing in a sizing change...

Thoughts?

Thinking maybe I bumped something?

check Sizing▸ Reference Sizing in the Color page.
Maybe tilt was adjusted?

That is EXACTLY what it was...Had no idea that was even an option. Thank you!
