BATCH apply CDLS to Different Clips

Has anyone come across this issue or found a work around.
We receive any where from 20 to 100 Clips each of them has a corresponding CDL. (EXR Sources)

We want to batch apply the provided CDLs but we don't always receive EDL with SOP and SAP.
Is there away to use Colortrace and batch apply these CDLs, also is there a quick way to BATCH Import CDLs adding one at a time is another pain.
