Action Blur issue after rendering QuickTime-H.264 24fps
I have dance videos with a lot of movements of the dancer(s) from ShogunFlame with HD and 60frames
After rendering I am seeing action blurs, this is an issue for the customer.
The Output is QuickTime-H.264 24fps for UHD (4K).
What am I missing??
