Noob Question - Colour spill in video file after Import in r

I am learning to work in resolve studio, switching over from lightworks. When I import the video clips in the resolve project, I can notice that clip has over saturation of colors. Red , green and blue are all over the place. mix and match,
Also when i import the same clip in another editor like lightworks, colurs are fine just as original video clip.
Can anyone point me to right solution. thanks in advance .

bit rate 9082
frame rate 29 FPS
