MP3 files makes strange noise 14b6

If I use MP3 Files, there are some strange noises like clicks and they have a kind of pattern, they are not all the same, they are slightly different in pitch. With wave files I could not determine this.
Win 10 64bit, ASUS x99 deluxe, CPU i7 5960X, 32 GB RAM, GTX 1080 ti, SSD Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB

(with V14b6)

I just tested with a MP3 48000 Bitrate 320 kb/s to which I applied a vst plugin MloudnessAnalyzer (MeldaProduction) target -23 LUFS and I did not click / pop / etc ...


Maybe see the MP3 encoder? Parameters? Volume ?
(To convert a WAV to MP3, I have Adobe Audition)

this 14b6 bug was debated in two other threads as well:

temporary workaround: convert the files to WAVs
