Lag with Mpeg2 MXF OPA1

Hello,

I'm grading with MXF OPA1 MPEG2 and have issues with playing these rushes.
Sometimes Resolve refuse to play, it plays at 1fps, I clic stop and play, and it works. Sometime I have to do this play-stop-plas operation several times.

What are the file sources? XDCAM by any chance? or software generated?

Did you try using Optimized Media?

I'm working on 12.5.6
MXF files are directly from the camera.

Sorry again.

I'm on OS X Sierra.
I uninstalled Desktop Video to check if the problem is linked with the Extreme 4K, and it works... MXF OPA1 files play fine.

Maybe it's a problem with Video Desktop driver's.
