I installed the resolve 14b7, loaded the project, that I rendered yesterday evening successfully and tried to render the project with 14b7. It crashed. I tested, I deinstalled completely, installed again. It crashes.

p.s. reinstalled 14b6 (14.0.0B.051). It renders without problems.

I don't know, if this helps. I tried it on MacOS also with 14b7. Export works perfectly. So I think this could be a DR Windows problem.

Did you remove the 14b6 completely ( incl. configuration files ) before installing the 14b7? Sometimes exist incompatibilities with the prior versions.

I downloaded and installed the latest version yesterday (14b7). I can't render anything without Davinci crashing. There is no error message other than the windows 10 message. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Keeps crashing when rendering is 99% done.

So, please give blackmagic some samples and information about your system, to see, what the problem is. My sample was obviously not good enough to reconstruct the problem.

I'm having the exact same problem, I was using the version just before the latest and it started doing it, so I installed "the" latest but it's still crashing.

I noticed it first on a project I started at the weekend, but it's also crashing when trying to render projects I've completed (and already rendered) from a couple of months ago.

It's driving me nuts, I'm just installing an older nVidia driver to see if that helps, even installed it on a machine that's never had Resolve on before, and it's doing it in there too, no matter what resolution, no matter what codec, it's just crashing.

Luckily I searched the forum first, before creating a new topic, has anyone managed to get it to behave?

Same issue. Only does this though when using Aces color space.

I managed to get B5 re-installed this morning, and all my problems are sorted, needless to say I'll not be deleting the file.

where did you find b5?

Can you try with beta 8, released today.

Yes, no crashes so far with the projects that crashed almost immediately.
Even the 5.1 AAC Problem seems to be fixed.

Just downloaded and installed, currently on first attempt of a render that kept falling on B6 & 7, but worked fine I'm B5.

Will report back whatever happens
