I have DR 14. V7, I would like to use an arrow to point out in my video clip, do I have to draw one or is it in library?

Rampant Design does have graphic images of static and moving arrows available:

This is not something "built in" to editing program of which I'm aware. The Rampant stuff is quite good and is affordable, plus it will work with Resolve, Premiere, Avid, Fusion, After Effects, whatever you're using.
