Resolve 14b9 hangs when updating LUT lists

To reproduce:

- Open Project Settings
- Select "Color Management" pane
- Click "Update Lists" button
- Now Resolve will forever show the beachball icon and I have to Force Quit

MacOs 10.12.6
Resolve Studio 14.0.0B.072 (beta9)
Mac Studio M2 Ultra, 128GB RAM, UltraStudio 4k mini, Mini panel, SpeedEditor, Areca RAID6 (hdd) + OWC thunderblade V4
macOS Sonoma 14.2.1, DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.6.4

Sure, logs are attached, created after Force Quitting Resolve.

i've always found the quickest way to update the lut lists is to quit resolve and restart
MBP2021 M1 Max 64GB, macOS 14.4, Resolve Studio 18.6.6 build 7
Output: UltraStudio 4K Mini, Desktop Video 12.7
