Workflow with CinemaDNGs and Capture One / Resolve 12.5

Dear all,

I recently shot a project on a BMPCC in RAW. I did the editing in DR 12.5 and now I would like to replace the Cinema DNGs with MOVs that I created by grading in Capture One Pro 10.

If I simply do it with the Overwrite Clip function it doesn't recognize my in and out points. Which should be easy as the MOV is exactly the same length as the original DNGs.

Any idea how this works?

If I do the Reconform From Bins and activate the new Bin with the MOVs it says Media Offline.
If I do Force Conform With Media Pool Clip it won't work either: Although the original RAW is 1885 frames and the graded MOV is 1885 frames, the MOV file will not be placed at the in and outs of the RAWs. Oddly it starts at frame 1.
