Media imported as music instead of video

Hi, I'm a total newbie with the regards to video editing. I am importing a video clip that is very short in time. However after importing to the Resolve 14, the longer is being treated as expected, while the short one (2 seconds) is treated as music. I can add music from that video, but I want to include video itself into my timeline.

I've noticed that this happens with not only this file but other short files too.

How can I properly import this short video in order to import it into the timeline?
