Custom Name in Render Queue

Normaly if you send a job to the Render Queue it is named Job1, Job2 etc. you can change it manually in the Queue, i wonder if it is possible to give the job the name you specify in the "Custom Name" box in "File" window. That would help a lot to identify the jobs later. Thanks
