Media offline in optimized media RED EPIC HELLIUM 8k

Hi guys, this is my first post in his forum, i`m so happy. Sorry, my english is very basic and sometimes i use google translator.
So, my problem is when i create media optimized from media of RED RAW 8k. Media optimized is offline. ¿Why?

I get this problem with MXF files from Sony PXW-Z100 XVAC-I 4K footage. I see Media Offline if I move marker fast for scanning the footage. It will randomly complain Media Offline, but then it comes back if I do not move the Marker cursor with the mouse.

Your graphics card with only 2 GB VRAM seems a bit underpowered. Just saying.

-I tried optimized media with CinemaDNG and h264, problem persist.
