Very choppy audio and video playback of clips using the transform controls in the Edit page inspector.
Original footage: prHQ. Same choppy playback with user cache enabled. Proxy and Performance mode independent.
Discovered that when the same transforms are made in the sizing panel on the color page, no problems were encountered.
Only reproducible when clip is stacked on top of other video clips (i.e. b-roll in V2. V3, etc.).
