Ubuntu 16.04 help needed...no audio.

Installed on Ubuntu 16.04. Can't play audio on play back. Acts like audio is there because the meters move. Checked all settings but noticed Use System Audio is grayed out. Did I miss something?

Here it is. Found the answer... Audio is not going to happen unless you purchase extra hardware. They decided to not allow audio output though the system even though there is a checkbox for it but it's grayed out. They say they might look at it but it's low on their priority list.
