I'm a freelance vfx artist and i want to use davinci resolve + the Panel in my 4k workflow. Since i'm working on 4k dpx 16bit format, what is the good external raid storage that i can use to handle that 4k dpx 16bit and not using thunderbolt interface ? is there any that not at enterprise level cost ? budget around $5000 for enclosure including the disks ( min. 20TB). What are the good options ?

16-bit 4K DPX requires a good bit more than 10Gb/s, so without Thunderbolt, your options are limited. I don't know that you can get 20TB usable at that speed for $5000.
