Audio Fade In dont work properly

If I create a volume change with keyframes in the timeline (fade in from -100db to Odb over 10 seconds), the volume is not increasing smoothly. The Volume gets louder quickly at the end of the fade in.
Bezier Curves dont have any effect on the audio....
That was not the case with Resolve 12.5

Edit tab: I tried and no issues here.
Fairlight: the same.
(DNXHR 444 OR QT => H264 .... same with Linear PCM).
DR V14.0 (included delivery with stereo or 5.1)
