Can't save project while using Collaboration Mode

Hi
I have a problem with saving the project.
We are currently using Collaboration Mode in Resolve 14 (not the beta version)
Both runs on windows 7 and windows 10
We have 3 people, one in edit mode, the other in color mode.
After some editing, and press save. an error window appears.
After we try to save as another project with another name. The original project is gone, can't appear in the project window. Which cause other 2 in color mode crash.

We found this in your logs:

HINT: Please REINDEX it.
Could you please run "Optimize" on your database from the Project Manager, and this should fix the issue. Right-click on the DB name and choose Optimize.

But,If I already encounter this error while we are using Collaboration mode,
I can't save as file , other user might crash~, What can I do?

You can't do much. You have to ask others to logout of the project and database and optimise it.
