help! audio fx scanning issues

each time i open resolve is starts to scan my vst
which i am not gonna to use anyway in resolve
i ve got a lot of them, so the scanning process freezes in the middle

my question is how can i stop this scanning process?
i even deleted vst folder in resolve and disabled all plugins
but it still scans every time i open the program

please help
