Will NR work on the latest MacBook Pro?

I searched, but I couldn't find an answer matching my question.

Will Noise Reduction (temporal & spacial) work on the latest 15" MacBook Pro?

CPU: 3.1 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: Radeon Pro 560 with 4 GB

Most of the time I am editing 25P ProResHQ files in UHD.

Unfortunately the latest BMD configuration guide was not too precise:

As all laptop systems are designed for portability and low power, for use with DaVinci Resolve we recommend selecting the fastest CPU, 16GB of system memory and the GPU with the most memory that is currently available.
For example the Retina 15” MacBook Pro can be configured with a Radeon Pro 560 GPU option with 4GB of memory.

I just want to be sure before investing in new hardware...
