Which monitor is best for color grading

I am new to color grading,i am working for films,using davinci resolve now i am looking for 2nd monitor(reference or preview purpose) which one is best to choose in budget.
my monitor is dell 27 inch ips monitor,and what to choose second one ,is it a broadcast monitor or one more ips monitor is enough? broadcast monitor is expensive then which is best budget monitor to choose?plz help me

To do serious grading you need a very expensive monitor which is properly calibrated. There isn't any way round this, good reference class monitoring is expensive.

If you don't have the money for a super expensive grading monitor then a normal broadcast class monitor will be OK so long as it is properly setup and calibrated.

Using a computer monitor is not ideal and it will limit your ability to produce accurate grades quickly.

Whatever you choose its important that is has proper controls to calibrate it.

what about Black Magic Smart View ( cheap SDI monitor )
please help me . i want another monitor for checking True Color's & Gamma & Contrast ,... in broadcast & other place's .
