Digital Noise When Scrubbing

PostThu Oct 12, 2017 4:29 pm

Hi all and thank you in advance for any help. I'm new to DaVinci Resolve; this is the only solution I have found to managing Canon C200 4k files on a Windows machine, at the moment.

So, video only recordings - no audio... but DaVinci says there are 4 channels of audio. Either way, I import the files and drag to the timeline and delete the audio tracks as well as mute the channels. But when I scrub through the timeline, digital noise (ticks if you will) is created for each frame that scrubs... around the 4-6k range if my ears serve me correctly. I can't figure out how to stop this. Any help?

Thank you!
