Where are the project files saved?

I need to reformat my computer and need to know where the project files are so I can save them to a different drive. I know there is this mysterious database that lives somewhere but can't find it. Where do I look? Thanks.

I think you're better off using the Project Database utility just to backup the whole thing to an external drive, then take that file and restore it once you've created a new boot drive and a new install of Resolve.

what Marc said, plus two more cautions..
1) make double extra sure your database restores before doing anything unrecoverable, do not assume it is a valid backup untill you have sucessfully restored it
2) create DRP's of all projects

Yep, I completely agree -- that's the absolute-safest approach.
