no video and audio output on DR14.0.1

Hi
After upgrading to DR14.0.1 from V14 , we lost video and audio output on the decklink running 10.9.7 on window. we only have video out in the color page . the audio is not even playing in the audio meter as well.
we unistalled the declink driver and reinstalled it , we installed previous version of decklink . we rolled back to V4, but still no output .
In the prefernces the decklink is selected.
please note that the decklink is working fine with other software.

yes decklink is selected in preference .
as i said that we have a video output on the color page but not on the edit page.

we have upgraded to 14.0.1.008 studio from 14studio.

specs
dual xeon 16 cores - 32gbram -gtx980 - windows 8.1 - studio 14.0.1.008 - Fc storage

We rolled back to 12.5 decklink worked fine .
What is strange that it worked with all beta versions and with 14.0.0. just untill we upgraded to 14.0.1.08
it stopped displaying video and audio.

If anyone upgrading to Resolve 14 has an issue with Video Out only working on the Color page, but not the Edit or other pages, go to Resolve Preferences - User - UI Settings, and select "Show all viewers on video output".

This has come up a few times, and I suspect when we moved this from Project Settings to Preferences, the existing state of the selection may not have been maintained.

Thanks for the tip, we reinstalled 14.01.008 , and we checked the show all viewers in the settings. This has worked fine with video dsiplay, but still there is no audio playback. the audio outside Resolve Is playing well on the system .
Actually there is no audio display in the audio meter as well ...as if resolve is not reading the audio tracks on the timeline... and audio tracks are not muted.

you are with windows 8.1. Is this the issue? You confirm that the bus format is well initialized?

actually yes, it did need a firmware update, but the firmware update failed as it kept asking for another firmware update for the decklink. Now the decklink is not running anymore i had to substitute with a new one . The new one is working fine on the system but not with resolve 14.01.088 . it is working well with 12.5.
did u faced same issue??
