[Bug?] Video Output Fails on New Disk Database

PostTue Oct 17, 2017 4:28 pm

Just created a new Disk DB on my Resolve system for dividing up projects between two different groups of clients.

On the old database video output works fine -- on the new database, in any project I create I get the error:

"Failed to enable video output mode = 32337073"

Or some numerical variation on that, depending on what output resolution I try (they all fail).

The Master Settings between the two databases are identical:

System / User settings don't change between databases, but I've gone back and checked anyway and they are identical. Are there more settings related to video I/O elsewhere besides the System Prefs & Master Settings page of the project? I've never had to tweak these beyond the basics and it's always "just worked" on this system.

Background info:

Mac Pro 2013 (D700), OSX 10.11.6, Resolve Studio 14.0, UltraStudio Mini Monitor

Updating my own thread in case this comes up in search for someone else:

From a suggestion on LGG I uninstalled + reinstalled the Desktop Video Drivers and Resolve. This seems to have fixed the problem with new databases.
