media management, usage count and compound clips

Media Management and Usage Count do not properly deal with clips used in Compound Clips:
- when copying or transcoding media from a timeline using the media management tool, any clips in a compound clip are not copied or transcoded.
- when using Usage in the bin view, clips that are used in compound clips to not report any usage.
These two issues make it difficult to clean and and archive projects.
To make things even a bit more difficult, you cannot "Conform from Bin" with a compound clip.
Currently, I am stuck manually going through every compound clip and using "force conform from media pool clip" for all the clips in my 30+ compound clips.
