Retiming a clip makes the end of the clip unavailable (v.14)

I placed a 1 min. 240fps clip on the timeline. In the clip attributes I set the frame rate to the maximum of 120fps. On the 24fps timeline I the clip speed at 200% so it renders at real-life speed. This is my baseline.

I add retime controls and retime curve and apply multiple changes to the curve.

After applying these, the last 4-5 seconds of the clip become unavailable. It's as if the clip is shorter. I try to extend the right end, but it reaches an "end" which occurs before the real end of the clip.

To workaround this, I placed a copy of the clip and used the last 5 seconds of it, but it is clearly a bug.

Is this a known bug? Do you need my help to reproduce it? Is it being worked on?

Thank you.

What is the best way to submit a bug to the DR team?

I ran into the same problem... It doesn't always happen. I deleted the clip and re-added my retiming speed points and the second time it was fine.

I think it happens when you change the speed of the last segment of the clip a few times. (i.e. it's better to add speed points, then change the speed in the middle, rather than: add speed point, change speed of end, add speed point, change speed of end)
